Grief is a deeply personal experience, and healing from it can feel overwhelming. Join us every Sunday at 12:00 PM for a gentle, supportive Yoga for Grief Relief class, designed to help you navigate your emotions, release tension, and cultivate a sense of peace during this difficult time.

In this class, you’ll experience mindful movement, deep breathing exercises, and restorative poses that promote emotional release and grounding. The flow of the practice is intentional and slow-paced, allowing you to connect with your body, process grief in a safe space, and restore balance to your mind and heart.

Whether you're dealing with loss, heartache, or any form of emotional pain, this class offers a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can begin to heal at your own pace.
